Disco Ball Look using MAC's 3D Glitter !

Hii! I did this look using MAC's 3D Silver Glitter! I ordered a sample of it from this website, The Body Needs for $2.19. http://www.thebodyneeds2.com/ They are one of the very few websites that sell authentic MAC samples. Be careful not to get ripped off with fake MAC products from other stores. I'll have a full review with more info about this company very soon...

Now onto some pics!.. Please double click the photos to see them full size and see upclose how crazy sparkley it was!

This glitter is pretty EXTREME! It's a bit thicker than traditional cosmetic glitter, which is very fine. Every piece of glitter has a very high shine and hologram effect. Even just the jar shines like crazyyyy.

My camera couldn't even capture how sparkley this glitter was. I took this pic with my iPhone  with no flash just to show a different view of the glitter's effect.

Rainbow Cut Crease Look ! 2 different versions, one matte & one shimmer!

Hi ! This is my Rainbow Cut Crease look =] I loved how the first look turned out so much that I decided to do another variation of it using shimmer colors.

(double click for full sized image)

This is the matte version of the look.. I used the famous 120 palette, which can be found all over eBay. It's EXACTLY the same as the overpriced Coastal Scents and BH Cosmetics 120 palettes. Don't waste your money on those.

I highly recommend this palette. It has every shade of every color from the darkest to the lightest, which is really helpful for blending purposes. It's about half shimmer colors and half matte colors so you get a really nice combo of shadows. More info on the palette and where to get it below the photo.

Here is the eBay seller I purchased this from for $19.99 with Free Shipping.
http://tinyurl.com/120paletteEbay .. Their username is bundlemonster

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!: There are a lot of people on eBay selling this palette for cheaper because they are from out of the US. If you live in the US, it's very risky ordering this palette from over seas. First of all, it may take over a month to arrive and there is no tracking number provided. Also, a very common problem from ordering this palette from out of the country is that many palettes arrive very damaged with a lot of the shadows broken, which the sellers do not assume responsibility for. Take my advice and don't take the chance.

There's a few other USA sellers with this on eBay as well but as far as I know, I can only tell you that I trust this seller. I received my package within 3 days and it was packed VERY well in layers of bubble wrap and cushion to ensure that none of the shadows would break. 120 highly pigmented colors for around $20 is a great deal! I suggest this to EVERY makeup lover.

Here is the shimmer version of this look... I used all BFTE cosmetics.. The colors on the lid were Sour, Lavish, and Lemon. The colors above the crease over the black are Prissy and Paris. The lower lash line used Peacock.

Another BFTE Review !

Hiii ! Here's another post with  swatches from BFTE, my favorite company! I order from them pretty much every week or so but I was busy and didn't get a chance to post my last order.. so here's a post that combines 2 of my recent orders!

14 eye shadows, 5 cosmetic glitters, 2 false eyelashes... and the amazing owner of BFTE, Crystal, threw in a free full size mineral foundation for being a frequent customer. I was so happy! It's really nice when companies really care and pay attention to their customers so I'm very grateful for that. <3

Now onto some swatches!!

First, these are the beautiful cosmetic glitters that BFTE has!
My favorite of the glitters is "Winner" because out of all the yellow glitters I've purchased in the past, this is the first one that actually looks yellow rather than a light gold.

P.S. I'm going to be doing an in-depth post on different types of glitter makeup products [including my picks for the best ones] and the best methods to apply them so if you're interested.. keep checking back this week for that!

Hi-Fi Cosmetics Review !

Hiii! Long time no post... Anyways, I recently ordered from a company called Hi-Fi Cosmetics and I'm sooooooooooooo excited about it! I had always heard great things about their products but  didn't get a chance to order until last week. The colors are amazingggg. Definitely the BRIGHTEST colors out of everything I own so if you're into that, please enjoy the rest of this review and check out their website. =http://www.etsy.com/shop/hificosmetics

I ordered a pack of 2O samples for $15 and one of their Glam Rock Eye Glitz gels for $4.99. Along with my order, I also received an awesome, unexpected pack of free gifts which included a sample of a very generous amount of one of their lip glosses & 3 gorgeous eye shadow samples. This shows how much the owner cares about her customers. She also was very quick to answer any of my questions and the shipping was very fast so I'm extremely grateful for that. Not all companies are as invested in having great customer service so it speaks volumes about those who do.

Now onto some swatches !! Don't forget to double click the photos to see them full size ^_^ (oh and trust me you're gonna really want to see these full size. They're incredible!)

I'm gonna start off with my favorite product, the Glam Rock Eye Glitz. If you've never heard or seen it before, it's a concentrated glitter gel that you can apply either over an eye shadow or alone. It's INSANELY glittery! This was like a dream come true for me!

Here's the jar...
(double click for full size image)

I ordered it in Electric, which has hot pink & lime green sparkles. There's a hugeeee amount in this jar. It was practically overflowing. Also, you only need a super tiny amount of it, which is great... I've used it 3 times already just using the gel that was caught in the lid.

Here's a swatch of it on bare skin...

Here's a picture of it used over a pink eyeshadow, Hi-Fi Cosmetics Punk Rocker.

Here's the eyeshadows..

Distortion - I actually gasped when I first swatched this. It's UNBELIEVABLE. This picture is only half of how metallic and bright this color is. This is my #1 pick for green shadows.
(double click for full size image)

Sex, Drugs, And Rock & Roll - This color is soooo pretty! It's purple with pink and blue sparks that has an almost metallic finish.
(double click for full size image)

Sound Check - Wowwwwwwwww... I'm always on the hunt for very bright pinks that aren't too purple or red based and this definitely is that. This  color actually looks a lot brighter in person. My camera fails at times =\ LOL
(double click for full size image)

Backstage - I ordered quite a few blues from Hi-Fi and this one has to be my favorite.. This particular shade of blue is hard to find.. It's so beautiful!
(double click for full size image)

Disco - I'm obsessed with this color! A lot of people think that white shadow is boring, which I can understand but.. this white is amazing. It's super shimmery and has sparkles of very color of the rainbow.
(double click for full size image)

Mosh Pit - A very bright red, copper color with a very shiny finish!
(double click for full size image)

Verge Of Obscene - I'm not sure how to describe this color. It's a very dark purple with black undertones and shimmer on top. Veryyyy interesting color!
(double click for full size image)

Top 4O - A very fun, hot pink color!
(double click for full size image)

Queen Of Disaster - This is another color that's hard to explain. Depending on which way the light hits it, you get hints of purple, blue, black, silver. Very pretty!
(double click for full size image)

Front Page - This is a very bright blue/green color with lots of shimmer!
(double click for full size image)

Beautiful Nightmare - Very similar to Verge Of Obscene but not with as much sparkle. A black-ish, purple-ish glittery color.
(double click for full size image)

Magic Spell - My camera totally had a FAIL moment for some reason when I swatched this. I tried soo hard to get a good picture of this but it wasn't working! Sorry about that! Anyways, this color is bright blue with pink glitter. I'll try to get a better pic!
(double click for full size image)

Lithium - This is a more pastel blue color than the rest of them. Very pretty and shimmery!
(double click for full size image)

Fan Mail - This is a very sparkley kelly green color. It's very unique. I've never seen one like it!
(double click for full size image)

Mug Shot - I'm still in shock by this color LOL It's seriously NEON... like I'm surprised it doesn't glow when the light is off. Wow, just wow. Pictures can't do this justice. AT ALL.
(double click for full size image)

Punk Rocker - Very shimmery, bright hot pink color. When the light hits it, it looks like it has flecks of gold.
(double click for full size image)

Comeback - A bright, metallic blue with lots of silver shimmer. Love it!
(double click for full size image)

Another Day, Another Drama - Love, love, LOVE this color. It's a deep, fuschia metallic color with shimmer. It's definitely one of my favorites from my order!
(double click for full size image)

And here was my free gift..

Lip Glaze in color "Gin & Sin" - very pretty, caramel color. I forgot to upload the swatch of this. I'll edit this post soon!
(double click for full size image)

And 3 free eyeshadow samples -

Immortal - This color is very unique. It's a very light, purple with gray understones.
(double click for full size image)

Lyrical Master - A very pure, silver color.
(double click for full size image)

Morals In A Hole - This was my favorite of the free samples.. I don't know how to explain it but it had a very iridescent sheen to it.. It seemed to change from silver to blue to purple to white depending on the light... I love it!
(double click for full size image)

Overall, I would highlyyyyyy recommend Hi-Fi Cosmetics. Beautiful, out of the ordinary colors for a great price. I've never seen colors quite like this and I can't wait to place another order.
